    Modern daybeds for outdoor living

A daybed gives you room to stretch out, nap or share a lounge by the pool. This collection features 12 modern outdoor daybeds: Harbour’s Antigua, Amalfi, Formentera, Hamilton, Victoria, Pacific, Breeze XL and Collins daybeds in powder-coated aluminum, teak and rope, plus Vondom’s sculptural Vinayard and Ulm designs. Harbour daybeds run from about $6,700 to $8,400; Vondom pieces are priced on request.

    Daybed or chaise lounge?

A chaise lounge seats one person reclining. A daybed is wider and deeper, often with a back and sides, so two people can lounge or one can stretch out fully. Compare both in our sun loungers collection.

    Aluminum, teak or rope?

Aluminum is light, rustproof and very low-maintenance. Teak is heavy, stable in wind and weathers to silver-gray. Rope adds texture and softness. Our teak vs acacia vs aluminum guide compares them in detail.

    Are these indoor daybeds?

No. Every daybed in this collection is designed for outdoor use, with outdoor-rated frames and cushions. Store or cover cushions in wet weather to extend their life.
