At ModernFurnishings.com, we strive to offer eco-friendly shipping options and encourage our customers to opt for ground shipping due to its lower environmental impact compared to air shipments. We offer expedited shipping for urgent deliveries when necessary.

Domestic Shipping:

  • Service is available throughout the United States.

  • Applies only to UPS Ground or USPS Standard shipping within the Continental United States.

  • Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada.

Order Processing:

  • In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days. Items shipped directly from manufacturers may require additional processing time.

  • Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method, ranging from 5–15 business days.

  • Orders may ship from multiple locations and arrive in separate shipments, each with its own tracking information.

  • We endeavor to maintain stock levels, but occasionally products may be backordered. You will be notified promptly in such cases and can choose to wait, select an alternative, or cancel for a refund.

Additional Charges:

  • Some bulky or oversized items may incur additional shipping costs, noted on the product detail page.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply to any order at any time. If applicable, you will be notified by email.

  • Wholesale Orders: Please note that all wholesale orders will be charged shipping separately. Shipping costs for wholesale transactions are calculated based on size, weight, delivery location, and carrier rates, and will be invoiced accordingly after order confirmation.

Tariff and Customs Fees:

International Shipping:

  • Canadian shipments include transportation and customs clearance but exclude import duties or taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility.

  • For refused packages in Canada, we reserve the right to charge your card for all associated costs.
