Modern Studio is a family-owned luxury modern furniture showroom at 290 Broadway in Laguna Beach. For more than 25 years, John and Heather Bedford have helped homeowners, designers, and commercial clients furnish living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, offices, and outdoor spaces with contemporary pieces you can see and sit in person.

We carry 200 furniture lines and thousands of products: sofas, sectionals, sleeper sofas, dining tables and chairs, beds, media cabinets, office furniture, outdoor collections, lighting, rugs, and accessories. Brands on the floor include American Leather, BDI, Ethnicraft, Huppé, and many more. Custom upholstery is made in Southern California.

Laguna Beach furniture showroom

This is our flagship store, not a warehouse aisle. Come in to compare fabrics and leathers in daylight, check scale in a real room, and work with us on layout and finish. Complimentary design help is part of the visit. Trade pricing is available for designers. We price-match authorized dealers and arrange white-glove delivery.
