Preferred pricing that respects the project.

Standard trade pricing starts at 10% on eligible items, with select vendor lines starting at 20%+. Additional project-based savings may be available depending on the brand, category, order volume, and scope.

Discounts vary by manufacturer policy and generally cannot be combined with sale pricing, promotional offers, or other discount codes unless approved in writing.

Eligibility and verification

Enrollment is subject to approval and business verification. A valid resale certificate, business license, or professional trade credential may be required. Approved pricing levels vary by brand, category, project scope, and order volume.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping is quoted separately for trade accounts and is not automatically calculated at checkout. Freight, receiving, white-glove delivery, storage, installation, and assembly are not included unless specifically stated in writing.

Lead times and availability

All pricing, availability, production timing, freight, and delivery details are confirmed at the time of quote or order. Custom and made-to-order products may have longer lead times.

Using your own carrier

You may coordinate your own freight carrier when preferred. Send required pickup documentation and carrier information to orders@modernfurnishings.com.
