The NOHRD HaptikBall Hand-Stitched Leather Training Ball is a compact strength and wellness tool for grip work, hand and forearm conditioning, coordination, balance, stress relief, and fascia stimulation. Each ball is handcrafted from vegetable-tanned genuine leather and filled with iron granules for a tactile, controlled feel.
Natural or black leather is treated with beeswax for added protection against moisture. Four weights let users select the right level of resistance for squeezing, holding, rolling, swinging, and full-body coordination exercises at home, at work, or while traveling.
